SHIPPING POLICY

Please note, none of the below is guaranteed, but it's the standard we try our best to meet.

We try very hard to fulfill orders the same day they're placed. The cutoff is usually around 4:15pm Eastern (M-Th) depending on order volume.

Orders with Expedited Shipping are given first priority to get out. Orders with sale items are given lower priority and are often not fulfilled the same day they're placed.

When an item(s) in your order is unavailable, we use our best discretion to decide whether to ship the remainder, cancel the order, or reach out to you and wait to hear back.

Shipping for orders under $50 is $5 and for orders $50 and over is free for standard shipping which is usually USPS first class. Regardless of your order size, you have the option of choosing Expedited Shipping which is $8 and is usually USPS Priority Mail shipping. The benefit is that it's almost always quicker than UPS as well as delivering on Saturdays.

We're based in Ohio. Many places--including almost all of NY and NJ--take only 2 days with standard shipping. Some places such as South Florida, Texas, and California will typically take 3 days.
