Return Policy

Our return policy is different for shipped orders versus in-store sales. It's also different during periods we call "Holiday Season" versus "Regular Season". Please be aware of these distinctions.

REGULAR RETURN POLICY

Eligible returns or exchanges must be made by the 3RD BUSINESS DAY. (Next business day during Holiday Season).

Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. If exchanging, merchandise may only be exchanged once.

HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY

(The next Holiday Season begins February 29, 2020.)

Returns or exchanges must be made by the end of the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

During the last week of Holiday Season, April 2nd through April 8th, returns must be by NOON of the next business day.

SHIPPED ORDERS

For shipped orders, all dates listed are when the return must be postmarked and shipped by. It must be received no longer than 3 shipping days later. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

To return your product, you should mail your product along with a copy of the receipt or order to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus the cost of shipping will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRE-SALES ORDERS

Pre-sales items may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability) by the next business day from when you’re informed that the merchandise is ready for pickup.

FINAL SALE

No returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Hair coverings
  • Opened hosiery
  • Uniforms
  • Pacifiers
  • Sale merchandise
  • Special orders
  • Gift Cards

BABY ITEMS

Exchanges must be made by the 7TH BUSINESS DAY. (3rd business day during Holiday Season.)

(The next Holiday Season begins February 29, 2020.)

Baby items may only be EXCHANGED for other baby items (subject to the above exclusions) and may not be returned.

Baby items include:

  • Clothing size 0-6 months
  • Blankets
  • Baby hats
  • Pacifier clips
  • Layette
