We apologize, but we are not accepting online orders for local customers at this time. Online orders for local customers will be filled after Sukkos. Item availability may vary at that point.

Online orders placed after 3pm Sunday, will be filled after Sukkos.

RETURN POLICY

All sale items are final sale.

Our return policy is different for shipped orders versus in-store sales. It's also different during periods we call "Holiday Season" versus "Regular Season". Please be aware of these distinctions.

We are currently in โ€œHoliday Seasonโ€. This is the return policy for online orders.

For online orders with local pickup, your return window begins from when we send you the email that your order is ready for pickup.

Returns can be initiated at https://account.headshoulderstoesandbows.com.

Returns must beย postmarked by the next business day after delivery. They must be back in USPS' possession the next business day after receiving a label.ย 

Return Shipping Cost

The cost for return shipping is your responsibility. If you want a prepaid label, we will provide one by email and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be $5 or the actual cost of the return label, whichever is greater.

Keeping Less than $50

If you make returns and it brings the total of your order below $50, the original cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be $5 or the actual cost of the return label, whichever is greater.

Restocking Fee

If you return $250 or more of merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This is in addition to any other deductions in the return policy such as for shipping.

Sorry, we don't offer exchanges.

Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

No refund or credit will be issued for ineligible merchandise thatโ€™s sent back anyway.

There are no cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

If your order is returned to sender by USPS or another shipping company, you have a choice of a) paying for it to be reshipped to you as final, no returns or exchanges on any items, or b) refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Sale items will not be refunded.ย 

INTERNATIONAL SALES

No returns or exchanges on international sales.

FINAL SALE

No returns or exchanges on the following items. Unfortunately, sometimes items,ย such as sale items, are unavailable. Even if we can't ship part of your order, the remaining items we do ship are still final sale if they're from the following.ย
