Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is different for shipped orders versus in-store sales. It's also different during periods we call "Holiday Season" versus "Regular Season". Please be aware of these distinctions.

We are currently in “Holiday Season”.

Returns or exchanges must be postmarked by the second day after delivery.

Return shipping is your responsibility. If you want a prepaid label, we will provide one by email and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you make returns and it brings the total of your order below $25, the original cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. 

Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. If exchanging, merchandise may only be exchanged once.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

No refund or credit will be issued for ineligible merchandise that’s sent back anyway.

  • Opened hosiery
  • Uniforms
  • Pacifiers
  • Sale merchandise
  • Special orders
  • Gift Cards

BABY ITEMS

Baby items may only be EXCHANGED for other baby items (subject to the above exclusions) and may not be returned.

Baby items include:

  • Clothing size 0-6 months
  • Blankets
  • Baby hats
  • Pacifier clips
  • Layette
