RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is different for shipped orders versus in-store sales. It's also different during periods we call "Holiday Season" versus "Regular Season". Please be aware of these distinctions.
We are currently in “Holiday Season”.
Returns or exchanges must be postmarked by the next business day after delivery. For online orders with local pickup, your return window begins from when we send you the email that your order is ready for pickup.
Return shipping is your responsibility. If you want a prepaid label, we will provide one by email and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be $5 or the actual cost of the return label, whichever is greater.
If you make returns and it brings the total of your order below $50, the original cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be $5 or the actual cost of the return label, whichever is greater.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. If exchanging, merchandise may only be exchanged once.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
No refund or credit will be issued for ineligible merchandise that’s sent back anyway.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
No returns or exchanges on international sales.
FINAL SALE
No returns or exchanges on the following items. Unfortunately, sometimes items, such as sale items, are unavailable. Even if we can't ship part of your order, the remaining items we do ship are still final sale if they're from the following.

BABY ITEMS
Exchanges only! Baby items may only be EXCHANGED for other baby items (subject to the above exclusions) and may not be returned. Replacement merchandise must be chosen at the time of exchange. No exchanges on merchandise 50% off or greater including gifts. Baby items include:
- Clothing size 0-9 months
- Blankets
- Baby hats
- Pacifier clips
- Layette
